Yes, and especially you. The workouts are progressive, meaning they build with you. You don't need a fitness baseline to start. You just need to show up.
Most are approx. 30 mins. They're designed to fit into the pockets of time a mum actually has... not require a clear two-hour window.
All workouts use dumbbells. No other equipment needed. You just a pair of dumbbells (grab some off marketplace or get a cheap adjustable pair from Kmart), a sturdy step/chair and a small space at home.
In 1:1 coaching, everything is built specifically for you each week and we have regular tailored check-ins. This program gives you a proven structure, personalised macros, and a weekly voice note - real support and connection at a fraction of the price.
You get access immediately after purchase. You can start the same day or take a few days to get settled into the app — there's no set cohort start date for founding members.
